Mihalis Gkatzogias

Mihalis Gkatzogias lives in Athens and works as a director of photography in films, documentaries, and commercials. He studied cinema in the Fine Arts School of A.U.TH. He is still amazed by the youth of cinematic art (only 120 years old) and by being both a spectacle and a product, it keeps creating emotions through images. Besides working as a dop, Mihalis keeps a personal blog writing down his experience in the film industry and technical articles on equipment,tools and techniques. Rather boring for the mass audience but might be useful for cinematography students.
